Healthy banana oat waffles! (Not my recipe, I just tweaked it a little bit)
-2 cups oats
-2 cups water or almond milk (I recommend almond milk, I used water and they could use a little more flavor)
-tsp vanilla extract
-dash of baking powder
-1 ripe banana
-dash of Splenda sweetener or packet of stevia
-dash of cinnamon (personal choice, not in recipe)
I put some walnuts, peanut butter and a little bit of the extra batter on top to get a syrup effect :)
They were yummy and they’re super filling!
Makes about 3 big waffles (4 pieces)
Roughly 230 calories per big waffle.
